How to report a concern
Use the content report form and choose Copyright concern, or email contact@xtubesite.app. A useful notice should include:
- the exact XTubeSite watch-page URL;
- a description of the copyrighted work or rights involved;
- where the allegedly infringing material appears;
- your relationship to the rights holder and the basis for your authority;
- an email address where clarification can be requested;
- a good-faith explanation of why the use is not authorized; and
- your typed name as a signature and confirmation that the notice is accurate.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unrelated personal data. If more evidence is needed, it can be requested through the contact address above.
What happens next
The notice is stored in the review queue. A credible copyright concern can place the item on immediate hold, removing it from discovery and sitemap output while it is assessed. Relevant notice details may be shared with the content provider or another party that must evaluate the claim.
Acceptance confirms receipt only; it does not decide ownership, infringement, or any other legal issue. Restoration is considered only after the concern is resolved and the provider item remains authorized and active.
If an item was affected by mistake
A provider or rights holder who believes a listing was incorrectly affected may reply with the report reference, the watch-page URL, and a concise explanation supported by information they are entitled to provide. The same review and data-minimization rules apply.
Scope of this process
