Information the application handles
Browsing does not require an account. XTubeSite is designed not to write raw IP addresses, fingerprints, or persistent cross-site identifiers to its application database. Aggregate activity may be counted by day to improve discovery and limit obvious repeat activity without creating a visitor profile.
A contact message includes the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. A content report includes its reason, details, the referenced item, and an email address only when you choose to provide one. These records are stored in Cloudflare D1 so an accepted submission is not lost if a notification fails.
Cookies
- Adult confirmation: a first-party preference named
xts_adult_confirmedstores only the value1for up to 180 days. It is a notice acknowledgement, not proof of identity or age. - Form security:
xts_csrfis an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite-Strict token used to protect contact and report submissions. It expires after one hour.
The provider player and security services may use their own storage under their respective terms. Clearing site data removes XTubeSite's first-party preferences from that browser.
Service providers and embedded playback
Cloudflare supplies the Worker runtime, security, Turnstile verification, database, thumbnail storage, and email routing/sending infrastructure. Cloudflare may process request and security data under its own privacy terms.
Video playback is delivered by a TubeCorporate/HdZog embed. The cross-origin player is not loaded until you ask to play a video. Once loaded, the provider receives the network and browser information normally sent to an embedded service and may display provider-managed branding or in-player advertising. XTubeSite does not host the video file.
Turnstile is loaded on the contact and report pages when anti-bot verification is configured. It evaluates browser and request signals to distinguish automated abuse from a human submission.
Why information is used
Submitted information is used to answer messages, review content concerns, secure the service, prevent abuse, maintain the catalogue, and document actions taken on a report. It is not used by XTubeSite to build a behavioral advertising profile.
Retention and choices
Contact and report records are retained only while needed to handle the submission, protect the service, preserve a necessary review record, or meet obligations that apply. The length therefore depends on the purpose and status of the submission. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information through these forms.
You may browse without submitting a form, clear first-party cookies in your browser, or ask about a submitted record by emailingcontact@xtubesite.app. A request may require enough information to locate the record and confirm that it belongs to you.
