XTubeSite is not the producer
All visual content reachable through XTubeSite is produced, hosted, and delivered by independent third-party providers and studios. XTubeSite operates a discovery catalogue: it stores titles, descriptions, and authorized thumbnail copies, and it embeds the provider's own player on the watch page. It never downloads, proxies, mirrors, or serves provider video files. The current source set is listed underprovider attribution.
Where the records are kept
Any records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or § 2257A for the depictions reachable through this service are created and maintained by the respective primary producers and supplying providers, which are responsible for verifying and documenting the age of every performer. The supplying providers represent that all performers appearing in those depictions were at least eighteen years of age at the time of production.
Because XTubeSite is not a producer of this content, it holds no performer age records. Requests concerning records for a specific item should be directed to the provider identified for that item.
Adults-only catalogue policy
The catalogue is limited to the reviewed provider set described on the provider attribution page. Any report that an item may depict a minor, non-consensual conduct, or otherwise unlawful material triggers an immediate review hold that removes the item from discovery while it is assessed. Use the content report form for age or consent concerns.
